Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Before your order has been processed, it can be cancelled in full.

After processing, the cancellation applies only to the refundable parts. Please note: if you cancel an order whose processing has already begun, we will not refund the price of the non-refundable services. Non-refundable services are:

• the domain registration fee for the first registration period,
• a Google Workspace subscription for the first period, or
• a Managed Cloud / Reseller Cloud service for the first period.

Cancellations are processed by the next business day at the latest, and you will receive a separate confirmation of your cancellation.
