The Digital Service Act ("DSA") is a uniform legal framework for providers of digital services in the European Union (EU). As required under Article 11 of the DSA, Hostaan Oy has designated support@hostaan.com as the single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States' Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the application of the DSA.

If possible, please also include any other relevant information that may help our evaluation (such as screenshots).

Provide a detailed description of the situation, including how your content was handled and why you believe the handling was incorrect. Please include your contact information (name and email address) so that we can contact you.
How we process appeals
We process all appeals and assess the situation fairly and impartially.
We will inform you about the outcome of your appeal and any possible further steps.
We aim to resolve appeals as quickly as possible, within 5 business days at the latest.
