Changes in customer service opening hours


During the past autumn, we have hired more personnel and we are also improving the coverage of our customer support. In accordance with our service promise, from now on, our full customer support will be available on business days from 8 am to 4 pm. All other times are covered by our monitoring staff who will receive alerts from the server during server issues, as well as reacts on critical customer tickets in the evenings and on weekends.

In addition chat support is also available from 10 am to 2 pm on every business day. We have provided chat support previously irregularly, but from now on we will introduce this form of support on regular basis.


Also, our other two service channels are available 24/7. You can contact us anytime by e-mail and via the message form (located in the chat button) in our website. Our customer support typically responds to your inquiries within hours, often even in minutes, during opening hours from 8 am to 4 pm. At other times, our emergency service reacts both to our server monitoring alerts as well as customer's critical service requests in the evenings and weekends with a very short response time. As a general rule, you will receive a response to non-urgent support requests the next business day.
