Christmas Exceptions During Customer Support Service Hours

Our telephone and chat support has exceptions on during Christmas Holidays as follows:

• On Fri 19th Dec 2025 we will close early at 12:00 am
• During the Christmas week our telephone support is closed from Tue 23th to Fri 26th Dec 2025
• On New Year's Eve and Day Wed 31th 2025 and Thu 1st 2026 we are also closed

During the Christmas break our emergency team will monitor servers for critical issues 24/7.

Also customer support is available via email or leaving a message during Christmas Holidays, but with possibly longer delay than normally. Our staff will serve you again by phone and chat on Friday, January 2, 2026, starting at 9:00 am.
