Christmas exceptions During Customer Support Service Hours

Our telephone and chat support will be available on business days during Christmas Holidays but we will close early on Friday, December 23, 2022 and leave for Christmas at 12:00 noon. We are also normally available from Tuesday 27th to Friday 30th during the Christmas break. Our emergency team will monitor servers for critical issues 24/7.

Also customer support is available via email or leaving a message during mentioned exceptions, but with possibly longer delay than normally. Our staff will serve you again by phone and chat on Monday, January 2, 2022, starting at 8:15 am.
