Christmas Exceptions During Customer Support Service Hours

Our telephone and chat support has exceptions on during Christmas Holidays as follows:

• On Tue 19th Dec 2023 we will close early at 2:00 pm
• On business days from Wed 27th to Fri 29th Dec 2023 we are closed

During the Christmas break our emergency team will monitor servers for critical issues 24/7.

Also customer support is available via email or leaving a message during mentioned exceptions, but with possibly longer delay than normally. Our staff will serve you again by phone and chat on Monday, January 2, 2024, starting at 8:15 am.
