Exceptions in customer service opening hours

During the summer, we will allocate resources more efficiently to various development and maintenance tasks, which is why we will serve our customers by phone within a slightly shorter time window, on business days from 9 am to 3 pm. Despite the changes, we will continue offering support via email, contact form and chatbot 24/7.

In addition, our telephone customer service is exceptionally closed during the summer at the following in Mon-Wed 5-7 August 2024.

Naturally, our staff is monitoring the server uptime and reacts to critical failures 24/6. We respond to other non-critical customer service request no later than the next business day.
