New Modern Control Panel Released

We have finally launched the long-awaited new, modern, and secure control panel that replaces the old My Hostaan portal for comprehensive customer account management. 

With the new control panel, all customer accounts can now be managed centrally under a single user account. Technical contacts can also now manage all of their Hostaan customer accounts using their own credentials, without needing to log in using the customer’s account details or order forms. And best of all: access to each customer’s Plesk control panel is now available directly through the new centralized control panel.

The new control panel is available at https://app.hostaan.com and you can log in using the email address linked to your customer account either as the owner or as a technical contact.

By default, login uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address. However, you can also enable a traditional password from your profile settings, or use both methods simultaneously to fulfill 2FA requirements. Additional login options will be introduced later.

Under the Technical Management menu (visible only if you are assigned as a technical contact), you can access all customer accounts and subscriptions where you are listed as a technical contact. You can also centrally log in to the Plesk control panel and, through it, for example directly access WordPress administration interfaces using a single sign-on principle. Dedicated reseller pages are also available in the new portal, modernized while retaining the same functionality and structure as before.

The new control panel will continue to evolve with more extensive self-service features in the future. In this first phase, the new management interface introduces the core functionality, works responsively across all devices, and showcases our new visual identity, which will also be reflected in Plesk control panels going forward (integrating seamlessly as part of our management environment) as well as on our upcoming new website.
