Service outage on server fi5.hostaan.fi - fixed

Service outage occured on server fi5.hostaan.fi at Sat Morning 2023-01-07. The problem was caused by issue in Nginx server.

Due to the outage the server experienced an service outage in www request, and as a result the services on the server fi5.hostaan.fi did not responded properly or at all. Taking measures to correct the problem was delayed by the fact that our monitoring did not properly recognized this issue, which why our staff did not receive information about the issue until 10:15 am. The issue immediately started to be fixed after the detection ant the problem was solved by 10:20 am, which after the services run properly.

The root cause of the problem in the Nginx server is still being investigated and we will try to ensure that this issue doesn't happen again.
