When you order the Nextcloud service trough us, you get the name services for youd domain, website space and mailboxes for each Nextcloud users at no additional cost. If you are already our customer and use the mailboxes trough us, you can continue to use these directly both in the current ways (IMAP, POP3 and Webmail) and also with the email client located within Nextcloud. So ordering Nextcloud does not require migrating emails to other servers, but you can continue using your mailbox within the current server. You don't necessarily need Nextcloud users for each existing mailbox - you can easily start with just one Nextcloud account and test the suitability of the service with small steps.

Additional Nextcloud users

When your organization's needs grow, we can easily add the desired number of Nextcloud users. We will take care of creating the necessary Nextcloud users from here according to your organization's order. User's are based on email addresses from your own domain and form your own group in Nextcloud, within which teamwork is easy, for example in shared folder views. Each user also gets their own email address, disk space according to the order and the right to use all software platforms included in the Nextcloud order.

*) Users are adder through Hostaan's customer service. The size of the user-per-user mailbox corresponds to the default size of hostaan service plans (starting from 2 GB/mailbox). If you need more quota for mailboxes, you can purchase larger mailboxes as an additional service.

Do you also need websites?

When you buy Nextcloud from us, the service adapts to your website hosting needs as well. All of our Nextcloud plans include DNS hosting for your domain free of charge. But if you need need fast WordPress hosting or our web site builder, it's easy to switch plan at anytime. Also DNS modifications are possible on standard plan, so if you need to forward your domain's web trafic to other services (e.g. Wix, Shopify), that is easily implemented.
